1. Role of Int2Cruises
Int2Cruises acts solely as a travel agent and facilitator, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We arrange travel services on behalf of third-party Service Providers and do not own, operate, or control cruise ships, airlines, hotels, or other services. The delivery of services is the sole responsibility of the respective Service Providers and is subject to their individual terms and conditions.
2. Scope of services
Int2Cruises offers travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Cruise bookings across multiple cruise lines
- International and domestic land packages
- Hotel reservations
- Flight ticketing
- Visa assistance
- Travel insurance
- Sightseeing, transfers, and excursions
- Online booking platform for direct guests
Services may vary based on destination, availability, and supplier rules.
4. Website Usage
- The Website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
- Users must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
- Prices, itineraries, images, descriptions, and availability displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and written confirmation is issued by the respective Service Provider.
7. Pricing, payments & promotions
- All prices are subject to availability and change until confirmed.
- The applicable Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the date of payment will be used.
- Prices may exclude gratuities, port charges, resort fees, convenience fees, or government taxes unless specified.
- Promotional fares and offers are capacity-controlled and subject to supplier terms.
- In case of pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect fare displays, Int2Cruises reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking with a full refund of amounts paid.
8. Cancellations, amendments, & refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective Service Providers and may include:
- Cruise line cancellation rules
- Airline fare rules
- Hotel cancellation policies
- Visa fees (non-refundable)
- Travel insurance premiums (non-refundable)
Refund processing timelines may range between 45–60 working days, subject to supplier processing.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of personal and travel documents
- Checking visa, passport, and transit requirements
- Maintaining medical fitness for travel
- Arriving on time for flights, embarkation, and check-ins
Int2Cruises is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
10. Visa Assistance
- Visa assistance is provided as a facilitation service only.
- Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.
- Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
11. Travel insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- Claims must be lodged directly with the insurance provider.
- Int2Cruises is not responsible for claim approvals or rejections.
12. Cruise-specific Terms
- Cabin allocation is subject to availability.
- Cruise itineraries, ports, and schedules may change due to weather, technical, operational, or regulatory reasons.
- Onboard rules, dress codes, dining arrangements, and inclusions vary by cruise line.
13. Flights & hotels
Flights:
- Airlines determine schedules, baggage allowance, and seat assignments.
Hotels:
- Hotel star ratings may vary by country.
- Additional taxes, deposits, or resort fees may apply at the destination.
14. Third-party Service Disclaimer
Int2Cruises shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, defaults, or failures of Service Providers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transport operators, or insurance companies.
15. Limitations of Liability
- Int2Cruises' liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, profits, or opportunity.
16. Force Majeure
Int2Cruises shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Adverse weather conditions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- War, strikes, or political unrest
- Government regulations or restrictions
17. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and are not liable for technical issues, payment gateway failures, or temporary downtime.
18. Intellectual Property
